Group CrossFit Classes
Coach-Led Group CrossFit Classes for up to 12 athletes.
On Ramp Training
The emphasis is on skill development and exposure to CrossFit’s foundational movements. On Ramp Training is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group CrossFit classes and is taught in small numbers of up to 4 people. We start with a 3-Session On Ramp, and may proceed to 6 or 12-Session On Ramps or Group CrossFit classes depending on your abilities and confidence level.
Personal Training – 30 Minute Session
A private seession to help you develop and practice your chosen skill.
Personal Training – 45 Minute Session
A private session to help you develop and practice your chosen skill and may include a short workout.
Personal Training – 60 Minute Session
A private sesssion to help you develop and practice your chosen skill and includes a workout.
Semi-Private Personalised Training
Small Group Sessions during which the Coach assists each person in turn work through their own Personalized Training Plan.
