Our Olympic Weightlifting class is held once a week for athletes who are interested in developing and practicing their technique and skill in the Olympic Lifts; the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. This one-hour class will focus on the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch, the movements within them, their variations and related assistance exercises.
We pair fitness with fun to offer a uniquely programmed kids and teen classes just for them.
