The following policy regarding the cancellation of a membership will apply.

1. One (1) month notice is required for all membership cancellations. Therefore; as an example, if you decide to cancel your membership during the month of August (from the 1st to the 31st) then your cancellation is effective September 1st. You will not be refunded your August membership fee.

2. If you purchase a six (6) month or one (1) year membership and decide to cancel it part way through the term then you will be charged the full monthly membership amount ($160) for the months that you did use and be refunded the balance. The same one (1) month notice of cancellation is required. The only exception to this would be if the member is relocating (moving) and was unaware of the situation prior to purchasing the membership.

3. Any membership can be placed on hold for the following reasons; injury, illness, work or family commitments and extended holidays (any holiday longer than one (1) week). Notice of this must be given as soon as possible and will not be granted after the fact (ie; I haven’t been coming because of (excuse placed here))

4. All membership fees will be payable on either the 1st or 15th of each month.
