In teams of 2 complete the following (1 person working at time),

4 lengths of partner wheel barrow walk (2 lengths each)

100 box jumps

100 kettlebell swings

1000m run (break it up however you like!)

3 min plank hold

8 lengths farmer carry with 45lb plates
