Joe has been involved with CFC for 6 years and in addition to coaching a few classes during the week he also assists in the management of the day to day operations.

Matt has been with CrossFit Chilliwack since January 2014 and is the Head Coach at the Box. In addition to coaching the regular classes he is also available to assist you with your personal training needs in a one on one setting. Jon Heron

CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer, CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Certified

Jon has been a CrossFit athlete for many years and is still making performance gains using the CrossFit methodology. Jon also enjoys both road and mountain biking, running and has competed in several short-course triathlons. Jon has taught for many years in a variety of topics; martial arts, tactics, fitness and cycling. Jon enjoys coaching others to increase their own physical fitness and performance.

 

 


Shannon Lamb (Manager)

Joel Tobin (Owner)

CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer, CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Certified, Certificate in Individual Conditioning

Joel has been a full time CrossFit athlete for approximately 7 years. His previous athletic endeavours include 15 years of training in martial arts and competing at an international level. Joel is currently a police officer and in addition to his regular duties, is a firearm and use of force instructor. Joel’s special interests are nutrition, training combat athletes, the elderly and special population.

Sarah Tobin (Owner)
CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer, CrossFit Gymnastics Certified, CrossFit Movement & Mobility Specialist Certification

Sarah has spent years training using modified CrossFit principles so she was able to continue her athletic development throughout two pregnancies (see www.crossfitmom.com for more info). Previous to her involvement in CrossFit, Sarah spent two years training in Muay Thai Kickboxing, as well as training to be a fitness competitor.
