Step 1 – Come join us for a workout!

Join us for a free Demo class. If you’re not familiar with CrossFit already, the workouts will give you a taste of what it’s all about – they will be fun, dynamic, and challenging workouts that can be performed by anyone of any fitness level. Step 2 – Join the crew and attend our Elements Course

If you are new to CrossFit, before you get going into full classes with us, you will need to attend our Elements Course. Elements is a six-session course over three weeks that teaches you the foundational CrossFit movements and exercises as well as provides information on nutrition, mobility, and stability so that you move safely and effectively as you hit the ground running when you go into our classes. Each day will also have a short workout to apply what you have learned that day! These classes run on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:00pm.



Step 3 – Start training!

Once that you’ve completed your Elements Course you are ready to sign up for personal training or group membership with access to our daily classes and start training!
